New franchise operator Joshua Johnson ("Josh") takes ownership of the storefront but completely locks Brian out of retrieving his property. Activist and filmmaker Reckless Ben travels to the store to intervene. A loop of corporate blame begins:

The Store Manager: Claims she cannot help because it is strictly a corporate decision.

Corporate Headquarters: Tells investigators it is an independent, locally operated store matter.

The Local Police: Officers arrive on the scene, ignore the written contract, declare the matter entirely "civil," and issue a lifetime trespass warning to Brian and Ben under threat of arrest.

It’s infuriating that we live in a society where a victim's family has to rely on a YouTuber's viral activist campaign to get justice, while local law enforcement and corporate management hide behind legal loopholes instead of doing their jobs.
